At a very respectable 4:30pm on Saturday afternoon, Sassy gave birth to 9 beautiful puppies, all in 6 hours!  Arriving 2 days early they were just in time for Mother's Day!

Despite this being Sassy's first litter she has taken to motherhood with grace and a calmness I have rarely experienced with a first time mum.  She is a fuss free, doting mum who lays in the one spot for hours to ensure all her babies have enough to drink.
